New Jersey mayor now telling people to wear hazmat suits if drone is shot down

Why would someone need to wear hazmat suits around ad downed drone unless the drone is from an enemy foreign country, carrying a dangerous payload? Something more than fishy is going on with the drone over New Jersey and several other states that one mayor is telling people to wear a hazmat suit if they see a downed drone. WTAF is going on?
